Palais des Thés is a French tea house specializing in high-end, sustainably sourced teas. Products include tea bags, loose-leaf teas, and gift sets, and are sold direct to consumer, via Amazon storefront, and at premium department stores.

Increase Amazon Engagement and Loyalty
As a brand entering a world that had been dominated by decades-old established family tea houses, Palais des Thés was challenged with creating a brand that could quickly garner market share, while simultaneously growing brand awareness and loyalty. They came to WBX with two clear goals:

Encourage engagement and loyalty among Amazon shoppers

WBX immediately implemented a “Follow Us” button on the Amazon storefront to encourage engagement, and provided recommendations, image specs, and a storefront banner to increase loyalty.
WBX had Palais des Thés launch the banner during the July 2024 Prime Day period to leverage the increased traffic.
WBX is continually recommending storefront enhancements to further improve CVR and time on page. Next steps are to implement new content including updated navigation, background video, and interactive buying guides.
RESULTS:
Palais des Thés increased their Amazon followers by 54%, and achieved a 25% lift in storefront CVR, thanks to an increase in engaged shoppers.
